Rental Property Manager


Our rental company in Bungoma is seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Property Manager to oversee our properties, specifically catering to the Malayalee and Filipino communities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing rental properties and working with diverse populations. This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of rental properties, including advertising, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants
- Collect rent payments and handle any delinquencies or disputes
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors
- Ensure all properties are kept in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Develop relationships with local Malayalee and Filipino communities to attract tenants
- Communicate effectively with tenants from various backgrounds
- Handle any emergencies or issues that may arise at the properties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or related field
- Fluent in Malayalam or Tagalog preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
