UX Designer



We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Ar-Ruwais. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients. Your main goal will be to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions that align with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure the best possible user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating innovative and impactful designs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Develop user personas, scenarios, and journey maps to guide design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to UX design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present your designs effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
