Online Consultant - English Speaking (Nepali)


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Remish. As an Online Consultant, you will provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, primarily through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to provide assistance and resolve any inquiries or issues.
- Understand the products/services offered by the company and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Nepali languages (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Location:
The position is based in Remish but may require occasional travel within Nepal or internationally.
