Job Title: Formworker Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of formwork structures on various construction sites. You will also be responsible for managing a team of formworkers and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of formwork structures
- Train and mentor new formworkers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule work tasks
- Inspect formwork structures for quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Previous experience as a supervisor or foreman preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools used in formwork installation
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Biometric passport required for international travel
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
