Computer Systems Analyst

The Computer Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing computer systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's operations. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of computer systems and applications, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting analysis of current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new or enhanced systems
- Designing technical solutions, including system architecture, workflows, and data models
- Overseeing the implementation of new systems or enhancements, ensuring they meet requirements and are delivered on time
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process
- Providing support and training to end users on new systems or processes
- Monitoring the performance of existing systems and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in computer systems analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully implementing system enhancements or new applications

Salary: $1400 USD per month

Location: Wiltz (with accommodation)
