Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to move and transport materials on construction sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment while following all safety protocols and regulations. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the machinery as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Transport materials to various locations on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisor immediately
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Follow specific instructions for each job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Valid certification or license for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Ufa, Russia (accommodation provided)
