Indian Executive Chef in Ashdod, Israel
We are in search of an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative Indian dishes for our menu
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure high quality and consistency of dishes by maintaining strict standards and recipes
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain cost efficiency
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role with expertise in Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff on culinary techniques and standards
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Ashdod, Israel
