Urgent Teamlead for International Company in Eschen


A rapidly growing international company in Eschen is seeking an experienced and motivated Teamlead to join our dynamic team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented individuals and ensuring the successful completion of projects. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project plans and timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
- Identify areas of improvement within processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to facilitate their professional growth
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Proven track record in successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Asana is preferred
