Job Title: Sales Manager for Indian Market


We are a multinational company based in Dubai, looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the Indian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. Your main goal will be to drive growth and profitability in the Indian market through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Indian market
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure maximum performance
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Indian market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Conduct regular meetings with sales team to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or complaints from customers
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to plan promotional campaigns targeting the Indian market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a multinational company, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior in the Indian market
- Willingness to travel within India as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus commissions based on performance.
