Facade Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux, India. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of building facades. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that facades are aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound, and energy-efficient.

As a Facade Specialist, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of building materials and techniques such as glass curtain walls, metal cladding, and stone veneer. You should also have experience in facade engineering software and be able to create detailed drawings and specifications for projects.

Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits to assess existing facades and identify potential issues or areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with other team members to develop innovative facade solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to budget constraints.

Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to present proposals and reports to clients. You should also possess strong project management skills in order to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

This position is open to all nationalities with a preference for Indian candidates. Part-time work arrangements can be considered for qualified candidates.
