Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$ per month, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship
