Equipment Operator


We are currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for our construction company in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety standards
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of basic mechanical skills for minor equipment repairs
