We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Atlanta. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner in retail stores. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product displays according to company standards and guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Collaborate with store managers to create effective merchandising plans
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Set up promotional displays and ensure they are properly maintained
- Communicate with the sales team to identify product needs and opportunities for improvement
- Train store employees on proper product placement and display techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
