We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer Supervisor to join our team in Gujrat, India. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of roofers and ensuring that they complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a roofer and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers and ensure that they complete projects on time and to high quality standards
- Train new team members on roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with project managers to plan projects and allocate resources effectively
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a roofer, with prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
