Metal Fabricator

We are hiring a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal pieces into a variety of products such as tools, machinery parts, and building materials. You will use various hand and power tools to fabricate metal according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate for this role has experience working with metal and is familiar with fabrication techniques such as welding, grinding, and riveting.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using hand or power tools
- Weld or solder pieces together to create finished products
- Grind or sand rough edges of metal pieces
- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques such as welding, grinding, and riveting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
