Gardener - Bayan, Kuwait



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall appearance of our gardens and landscape. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and does not include accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and mowing to ensure that the gardens are healthy and well-maintained.
- Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to specific instructions.
- Use gardening tools and equipment properly and safely.
- Identify and treat plant diseases or pest infestations.
- Keep the garden area clean and free of debris.
- Maintain records of plant inventory, orders, expenses, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping.
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, soil types, and fertilizers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or certification in gardening or landscaping.
- Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are open to sponsoring a work visa for the right candidate. However, preference will be given to Indian nationals who already possess a valid work visa.

English Speaking Requirement:
As this role involves communication with other team members and clients who may speak English as their primary language, proficiency in English is required.
