Instrument Technician - Malindi, Kenya

We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial and manufacturing settings. Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and equipment according to specifications
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on existing instruments
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or defects in instruments
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve instrument performance
- Train company personnel on proper usage of instruments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of electrical systems and PLC programming is a plus
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. This position does not require English proficiency or prior experience.
