Instrument Technician
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments used in industrial and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, maintain and repair instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level indicators
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform routine inspections to ensure instruments are functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on all instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize instrument performance
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments related to instrumentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of various types of instruments and their functions
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals for troubleshooting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is located in Malindi, Kenya.
