Florist Manager

We are searching for an experienced and talented Florist Manager to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our flower shop, overseeing a team of florists, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a deep knowledge of floral design and arrangement.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the flower shop, including scheduling shifts, managing inventory, and ordering supplies
- Train and supervise a team of florists to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and producing high-quality floral arrangements
- Utilize your expertise in floral design to create unique and beautiful arrangements for special occasions, events, and daily orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of both employees and customers
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure we have access to the freshest and most diverse selection of flowers
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory accordingly to maximize profits
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar management role is required
- Extensive knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly yet professional manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1600$ per month. Additional bonuses may be offered based on performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Lahore. While this job is suitable for men, we welcome all qualified candidates regardless of gender.
