We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within specific timeframes and budgets while ensuring that all project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or roadblocks, implementing solutions to keep the project on track
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports
- Evaluate project success against predetermined goals and objectives
- Mentor and guide team members to promote professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet strict deadlines
- Experience managing projects with budgets of $1 million or more is preferred
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as Microsoft Project or Asana is an asset
