Concierge (Part-Time) - Mauren, Liechtenstein



The Concierge will work part-time at our luxury hotel in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
$1400 per month (based on part-time hours)
