Formworker in Sheduva, Lithuania

We are currently hiring a Formworker to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in formwork and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, following safety protocols and producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape and join materials to form concrete structures such as walls, foundations, columns, beams, stairs and more
- Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete pours
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Pour concrete into forms according to specifications
- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand or power tools
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Formworker
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques related to formwork
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit or own visa in Lithuania
