As a Barista at our busy coffee shop in Washington, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating the perfect cup of coffee.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes, measurements, and presentation techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is an asset
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is an advantage

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with competitive salary starting at $1400 per month. Our coffee shop operates from 7am to 9pm daily so flexibility in scheduling is required. This job does not include accommodation.
