We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring high quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create new pastry recipes that are visually appealing and flavorful
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked goods
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and icing
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are presented attractively
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure timely production
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper pastry techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create seasonal menus
- Monitor food costs by minimizing waste and utilizing ingredients efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative flair for dessert presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1600$ per month
