Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet safety standards, budget constraints, and client expectations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction workers to complete projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the entire design process for construction projects.
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and construction workers.
- Ensure projects adhere to safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenses.
- Review project designs and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, schedules, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
