Job Title: Part-Time Executive Chef

As a Part-Time Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment in Manama. Your main duty will be to plan and execute menus, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and meet the standards of our guests. You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, while also maintaining inventory levels and controlling food costs.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in culinary arts and experience working as an Executive Chef. You should possess excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff. Additionally, strong communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with suppliers, team members, and management.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that are innovative, delicious, and meet customer demand
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to high standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We offer competitive pay of 1500$ per month.
