Job Title: Senior Architect - Chelyabinsk, India



We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to project completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural design team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Review and approve material samples and other project documentation
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
