Job Title: Contract Civil Engineer (Oslo, Norway)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Civil Engineer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Contract Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including cost estimates and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and identify potential cost savings opportunities
- Supervise construction activities and provide technical guidance to construction workers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address any issues that may arise during the project
- Prepare reports documenting project progress, challenges faced, and solutions implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
