As a Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a farm in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for cultivating crops, raising livestock, and maintaining the overall health and productivity of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute crop planting and harvesting schedules
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Manage and maintain livestock, including feeding, breeding, and health care
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment
- Keep detailed records of crop yields, livestock production, and expenses
- Monitor market trends to make strategic decisions on crop production
- Implement pest control measures as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee a team of farm workers and provide guidance and training as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of farming techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Swahili is a plus
- Must have valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

This position is located in Abu Dhabi. Candidates from India or Kenya are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
