Project Manager - Washington, D.C. (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure project goals are being met
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of project management software/tools

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position. Indian nationals are preferred for cultural fit but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours available.
