Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, assisting with project management, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design solutions
- Prepare and submit building permit applications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1000 per week.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas but we welcome applicants from all over the world. Foreigners are encouraged to apply.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Experience Requirement:
No prior experience is necessary for this role. We welcome applications from recent graduates or those looking to start their career as an Architectural Technologist.
