Restaurant Manager – Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Shan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Your main duties will include hiring and training staff, creating schedules, managing inventory and ordering supplies, handling customer complaints or concerns, and monitoring financial performance. You must have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and be able to create unique menus that cater to both traditional and modern tastes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position does not require previous experience but is open to candidates with a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong desire to learn.
