Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Shan. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and other employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management role
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management
- Ability to lead and develop a team of diverse individuals
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
