Hotel Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key players in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and travel agents
- Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the hospitality industry
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
$900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
