We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Kaunas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for employees
- Monitor and control costs while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with the chef to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication and team cohesion

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
