Moderator (Contract)
Location: Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a reliable and organized Moderator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions and ensuring that they adhere to our company's guidelines and policies. This position is suitable for men who are detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions on our platform to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Review reported content and take appropriate action according to company policies
- Provide support to community members by answering questions and providing guidance when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in the moderation process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in online moderation or community management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, chat rooms, etc.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month
