Loader Supervisor


Our company in Moscow is seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position, requiring previous experience in a similar role. As the Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading of goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Ensure that all goods are loaded according to safety guidelines and company standards
- Oversee the work of loaders and provide guidance and training as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including quantity, weight, and destination
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely departure of loaded vehicles
- Troubleshoot any issues during the loading process and implement solutions as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and address any violations with appropriate disciplinary action
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of loading schedules
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues for maintenance or repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Loader or Loader Supervisor in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Ability to supervise a team and provide clear instructions
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading operations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Physical fitness for lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1300$ per month
