Barista

A reputable coffee shop in Lom is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers with exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customers' preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Operate coffee making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Learn about different types of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to make recommendations to customers
- Upsell additional products such as pastries or merchandise
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Attention to detail for creating visually appealing drinks
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends or evenings if needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
