Barista in Lom, Malayalee Preferred


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Lom. As a Barista, you will be responsible for making and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have a passion for coffee and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take orders from customers and ensure their satisfaction with their drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Lom

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
