Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant in Los Angeles, USA. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Keep track of office expenses and report any discrepancies to management
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration would be a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Friendly attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
