Claims Adjuster


We are a leading insurance company in Mombasa, Kenya and we are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and settlement amounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies to determine coverage for claims
- Conduct investigations to gather information on claims
- Evaluate damages and calculate settlement amounts
- Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Negotiate settlement agreements with claimants
- Prepare reports and documentation for claim files
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Claims Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: $1000 per month
