Insurance Claims Adjuster

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims for our clients in Mombasa. You will review policy information, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements with claimants. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in insurance or claims adjusting is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and is suitable for men who are fluent in English. Accommodation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant sources
- Review policy details to determine coverage and liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants while adhering to company guidelines
- Communicate with clients, customers, and other stakeholders regarding the status of claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claim investigations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to insurance claims adjusting

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in insurance or claims adjusting is preferred but not required

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field such as business or finance may be beneficial.

This position is based in Mombasa.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
