A renowned architectural firm in Eschen is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from conceptualization to construction
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop plans that meet their needs and budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design (CAD) software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect in a reputable firm
- Excellent design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
