Experienced Turner in Gujrat with Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced Turner to join our team in Gujrat. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and tools to shape, cut, and finish metal parts according to specifications. You will need to have a high level of technical knowledge and experience in order to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machines to perform precision machining operations on metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished product
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments
- Inspect completed workpieces for defects or conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Adjust machine controls as needed to ensure product quality
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance on machines and tools
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or finished products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of metal properties and machining techniques
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers, micrometers)
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools (e.g. wrenches, hammers)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Location: This position is based in Gujrat.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
