We are a dynamic event management company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team. As a Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of our events and conferences.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event participants, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees
- Facilitate discussions and Q&A sessions during events and conferences
- Ensure that all speakers adhere to time limits and stay on topic
- Manage technical aspects of the event, such as audiovisual equipment and live streaming
- Coordinate with event staff to maintain a smooth flow of activities throughout the event
- Engage with attendees to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for future improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Moderator or similar role in events or conferences is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and live streaming technology is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations that may arise during events
