Industrial Architect - Egypt/Kenya

We are in search of a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Egypt or Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, ensuring they meet safety and functional requirements. This role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being met
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This is an urgent position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
