Position: Database Administrator
Salary: $1700 per month

We are currently hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have experience working with database management systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain databases
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure database optimization
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data backups, updates, and security measures
- Identify data anomalies and work towards resolving them in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server etc.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with large databases in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in database administration (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional)
