Moderator for Online Community

As a Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive environment for our users to engage in discussions and share information. Your role will involve monitoring user activity, enforcing community guidelines, and responding to any issues or concerns raised by our members. This is a full-time position based in Bergen, with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and address any violations of community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Engage with users to promote positive interactions and foster a sense of community
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving the user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for online community management

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics in a professional manner
- Familiarity with online community platforms and social media channels
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in moderation or community management. However, we also welcome applications from individuals without prior experience who are eager to learn and have a passion for creating positive online communities.
