We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective functioning. You will also manage a team of administrative staff and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Oversee office operations such as budgeting, purchasing, and record-keeping.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding office policies or procedures.
- Prepare reports on office activities and budget for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred).
