Electrical Engineer in Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. Your main duties will include conducting feasibility studies, creating and reviewing technical drawings, performing quality assurance tests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for technical drawings
- Proficiency in industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing electrical systems for various projects according to specifications
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine project viability
- Creating technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Reviewing and approving technical drawings created by other engineers
- Performing quality assurance tests on electrical components
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborating with other engineers and project managers on project planning and execution
- Providing technical support to clients during the installation process
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise during the design or installation phase
- Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporating them into designs

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
